Cancellation and Refund Policy

       1.  Returns and Refunds:
  • All returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in unused and undamaged condition with original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will only be issued as store credits, not cash.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
      2.  Cancellation and Refund Process:
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will apply.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 30 days via store credits.
      3. Defective or Damaged Products:
  • Issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 8 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence of damage or defect must be provided.
  • Replacement products will only be shipped after the return is received and inspected.
      4. Non-Returnable Items:
  • No returns are accepted on clearance, final sale, and special discounted items.
  • Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
