Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Returns and Refunds:
- All returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be in unused and undamaged condition with original packaging intact.
- Refunds will only be issued as store credits, not cash.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will apply.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 30 days via store credits.
- Issues with defective or damaged products must be reported within 8 hours of delivery.
- Photographic evidence of damage or defect must be provided.
- Replacement products will only be shipped after the return is received and inspected.
- No returns are accepted on clearance, final sale, and special discounted items.
- Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
